Materials, food contact and testing
- Origin evidence
- Ask for the factory's origin information at order stage so the certificate of origin can be issued for each shipment.
- Food-contact testing
- Metal release tests and coating documentation, agreed in the PO.
- Packaging
- ISPM 15-treated timber packaging, clean natural materials, barcodes.
Private label, QC and shipment planning
Shipments usually reach Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. Biosecurity inspection can add time at arrival, so keep packaging free of untreated timber and plant material.
