Materials, food contact and testing

Materials
Material and dye documentation for textiles, leather and rubber.
Testing
Pet products are not children's products under CPSC rules, but buyers often specify chemical and durability tests voluntarily.
Packaging
UPCs, size charts, supervision warnings and origin marking.

Private label, QC and shipment planning

Plan sampling and any lab tests before booking production, and inspect before the balance payment. Compressed packing for beds can cut freight volume significantly.

USA buyer questions

What duty applies to pet products from India in the US?

The normal HTS rate plus a 10% Section 301 duty since 24 July 2026 (checked 25 Oct 2026). Check your HTS code with your broker.

Are pet toys regulated by the CPSC?

Pet toys are not children's products, so CPSC children's product rules generally do not apply. General product liability and state laws such as Prop 65 still matter.

Do you test pet products for safety?

We run inspection checks agreed in the purchase order (seams, hardware, small parts, materials) and coordinate lab tests where the buyer or market requires them. We do not claim compliance without test reports.
