Who we work with in Europe
EU packs need multilingual information, the EU responsible operator's details and EAN barcodes. Nordic buyers often ask for detailed material documentation.

Europe buyer questions
Do pet products from India get reduced EU duty?
Not through an FTA, which is not in force (checked 25 Oct 2026). GSP preferences are suspended for several sections, including textiles.
Does EUDR apply to wooden pet furniture?
Yes, from 30 Dec 2026 for large and medium operators.
Do you test pet products for safety?
We run inspection checks agreed in the purchase order (seams, hardware, small parts, materials) and coordinate lab tests where the buyer or market requires them. We do not claim compliance without test reports.
