Canada buyer questions

Do pet beds need textile labels in Canada?

Pet accessories are exempt from the Textile Labelling Act requirements, but any label you add must not be misleading.

Is there a Canada–India trade agreement?

Not in force (checked 25 Oct 2026); MFN rates apply.

Do you test pet products for safety?

We run inspection checks agreed in the purchase order (seams, hardware, small parts, materials) and coordinate lab tests where the buyer or market requires them. We do not claim compliance without test reports.
